EPF Complex (Wisma Kuwasa) Kota Kinabalu ( Mar 84 - Jan 86 )

Another prominent feature in Kota Kinabalu's skyline, this commercial complex consists of five tower blocks with a total built up area of 138,000 sq metres and a connected load of 8 MVA. All the services such as fire fighting, air-conditioning and electrical switching are linked and interfaced to the building automation system. We supplied and installed the whole generator sets for total uninterrupted power supply failure.
