Labuan Financial Park

This complex was erected on the island of Labuan, targetted as the hub of financial operations off the mainland. Comprising several fully - equipped commercial blocks, this financial park was one of our major projects including electrical HT & LV services, air-conditioning & ventilation system, fire protection services, plumbing & sanitary services and building automation system.

Phase 1 (Nov 93 - June 95): The project comprised of:
  • 1 Block 16 Storey Menara Tower

  • 2 Blocks 15 Storey Condominium

  • 3 Storey Dewan Serbaguna

  • Podium block with car park

  • 2 blocks 13 Storey office building

Phase 2 (March 96 - Sept 96 ):- 1 block 13 storey office tower
